报告人简介:Dr. Junjun Ding earned his PhD in National Institute of Biological Science, Beijing (NIBS) in 2009. He identified and characterized the differences between mESCs derived from somatic cloned (NT-ES) and fertilized (F-ES) blastocysts by changes in miRNA and protein levels and published this work in Proteomics in 2009. He joined Dr. Jianlong Wang's lab at Mount Sinai School of Medicine in 2009. During his postdoctoral training, he was interested in how epigenetic factors cooperate with pluripotency factors Oct4, Sox2 and Nanog to regulate pluripotency. He improved and employed proteomics technologies to construct a protein interaction network surrounding the master pluripotency factors Oct4, Nanog, and Sox2 in mESC, uncovering many epigenetic regulators that are potential novel pluripotency factors. He published these work in Cell Research, Nature and Cell Stem Cell.
